RAFI's award-winning RAMO series mono constructed industrial controls provide highly economical and easy-to-install alternatives to traditional 22 mm and 30 mm product. Complex wiring and properly sealed dedicated enclosures drive up the cost of fitting industrial equipment with pushbuttons, function switches, E-Stops, or signaling devices. These standalone RAFI products need no extra housings or special gaskets to be fully sealed both above and below the mounting panel. The built-in M12 connectors are plug and play ready, reducing costly wiring time and mistakes.

The RAMO E-Stop is available in both 22 mm and 30 mm mounting sizes with an integrated contact block available with 2NC contacts capable of switching up to 35 V for 50 K actuators. The housing incorporates an M12 connector into the mono housing for plug and play insulation and can be mounted without a NEMA enclosure. The RAMO E-Stop is IP65 rated above the panel and up to IP67 below the panel for moisture egress. The RAMO E-Stop line meets all applicable ISO and IEC standards.

The RAMO feedthroughs offering includes both USB and RJ-45 options in both 22 mm and 30 mm mounting styles. The bushings guarantee the stable installation of an easily accessible USB or RJ-45 slots for control panels and IPCs. A sealing cap protects the slot and ensures an IP65 rating above the panel and IP67 protection below the panel.

The RAMO EDGE 90° mounting bracket enables quick mounting of standalone RAMO components. The bracket fits on 40 mm profile DIN rails commonly used in machinery and automation. These ROHS compliant metal brackets are available with industry standard 22.3 mm or 30.3 mm holes with a keying feature for mounting of any style RAMO actuator. A blank or solid EDGE part is available for labeling the individual switches or indicator lights.

RAFI's RAMO T tactile feel pushbutton is designed for maximum protection against dirt and moisture and features IP66, IP67, and IP69K ingress protection levels. Sized to fit standard 22.3 mm and 30.3 mm mounting holes incorporating an M8 or M12 connector into the mono housing, the RAMO T keeps a very low front panel profile and is available with square or round collars. Available with LED backlighting, the RAMO 22/30 T series incorporates RAFI's MICON 5 tactile switches with long-lasting gold contacts capable of 500 K operations. All versions of RAMO T can be labeled with RAFI's FLEXLAB system for quick and simple customer special markings.

The RAMO I indicator signal lamp utilizes energy-efficient bright LEDs which produce a 180° field of vision. The single-piece mono housing mounts easily into standard 22.3 mm or 30.3 mm holes and is threaded to connect quickly with M12 cabling. The RAMO I series is available in a broad range of LED colors, utilizes the same mono construction designed for maximum protection against dirt and moisture and features IP66, IP67, and IP69K ingress protection levels.
